Les Verchères is a hamlet located in the Royer valley, in the heart of the Mâcon Mancey appellation . Here the Dupuis family worked 27 hectares for 3 generations. The vineyards are planted with Chardonnay , Gamay , Pinot Nero and Aligoté . The white wines of the Domaine are soft and extremely pleasant on the palate. The fruity note of the wines is peculiar, deriving from the particular techniques of maceration and fermentation used the cellar.
