TASTING NOTES
Still wine, dry and unfiltered. It may have a bottom and turbidity in the bottle. A lightly macerated Verdicchio following a brief contact with the skins. Crushing-destemming and subsequent fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without temperature control, with submerged cap maceration. Not clarified, not filtered. The color is golden yellow with coppery reflections. The nose has pleasant aromas of exotic fruit, ripe fruit and tertiary hints. In the mouth a soft and tasty sip, slightly tannic and mineral. Ideal with exotic cuisine based on raw fish or delicate white meat dishes.
