TASTING NOTES
The 2020 vintage was a year with the highest average temperatures throughout the period, although no significant temperature peaks were detected. The winter was rainy and this guaranteed an excellent water reserve that supported the plants throughout the hot and dry spring / summer. Early budding, early flowering, early ripening led to a harvest that began at the end of September, therefore about two weeks earlier than the company average. We owe the high quality of the grapes, absolutely healthy and physiologically ripe, in particular to the very hot, sunny and dry September climate which also gave cool nights, for a perfect aromatic development. Delicate and elegant, this Riesling represents a perfect synthesis between marked acidity and natural sweetness. Rich, seductive, it impresses you for its elegance and for the aromas of exotic fruits, this wine is perfect in combination with distinctly aromatic or spicy dishes, but also ideal to be tasted alone.
