Is the courtesy invoice attached to the shipment?
The courtesy invoice is never attached to the package, but can be downloaded within the MY ORDERS section at any time and as many times as you wish. It will be in PDF format and will be made available online weekly. Instead, it will be sent via SDI or Pec so that it is readily available and downloadable.
Where can I find my invoice?
The invoice will be sent via SDI or Pec. You can find a courtesy copy of the invoice within the MY ORDERS section.
Can I request the invoice?
Absolutely yes, just fill in the fields related to the name of the company, the VAT number, SDI or Pec.
What are the delivery times?
VINOSO.Shop ships to Italy by express courier, and delivery times vary from 24 to 72 hours depending on the place of destination If you are urgent to receive your order and do not live in the city, we advise you to make the delivery in FERMO DEPOSITO at the BARTOLINI headquarters closest to you. You can pick up the package directly from the courier the morning after the shipment.
Can I pay on delivery?
Unfortunately not, we do not foresee the possibility of paying to the courier. You can pay with all debit, credit, prepaid, PostePay cards, plus you can pay using your PayPal account, and also by Bank Transfer. The circuit we use for Credit Cards is secure, and is managed directly by NEXI.
If the bottle tastes like a cap, can I replace it?
Absolutely yes, just inform us, even by email, and send it back full at least to 3/4 and stopped with its original cap. We'il be happy to send you a new bottle back.
If the shipment arrives broken or tampered with?
The shipments of VINOSO. Shops are all insured for breakage or tampering. What you need to do is REFUSE shipping by indicating as the reason for the DAMAGED NECK rejection. We will send you the order back. If the package is tampered with, you can choose whether to refuse the package, specifying its reason, or accept it, and in any case specify in the notes of the COLLECTION PACKAGE TAMPERED. Always photograph your package and send us the photos, by email or via WhatsApp, as is more convenient. This will facilitate the opening of the breaking practice with the courier.
If the bottles I wish to buy are not available, can I book them?
Absolutely yes. It may happen that not all the bottles you need are available in stock. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will tell you the timing of the product replenishment.
Are the availability I see online real?
Absolutely yes. IN VINOSO. Shop we would like to indicate how many bottles are actually available in stock.
Is shipping always insured?
Of course i do! We also use courier-approved packaging for express transport.
I'd like the original boxes, is that possible?
If you wish to receive the original boxes, there is the possibility to choose the traditional courier. The goods will travel slower, deliveries will then be delayed by about 1 day, but you will receive the original boxes.
