Is the courtesy invoice attached to the shipment?
The courtesy invoice is never attached to the package, but can be downloaded in the MY ORDERS section at any time and as many times as you wish. It will be in PDF format and will be made available online weekly. Instead, it will be sent via SDI or Pec so as to be readily available and downloadable.

Where can I find my invoice? The invoice will be sent via SDI or Pec. You will find a courtesy copy of the invoice in the MY ORDERS section.

May I request an invoice?
Absolutely yes, just fill in the name of the company, the VAT number, SDI or Pec.

What are the delivery times?
VINOSO.Shop ships to Italy by express courier, and delivery times vary from 24 to 72 hours depending on the place of destination. If you have an urgent need to receive your order and you live in a not well served area, we recommend that you set the delivery in FERMO DEPOSITO at the BARTOLINI office closest to you. You can go and collect the package directly from the courier the morning after shipment.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Unfortunately no, we do not foresee the possibility of paying to the courier. You can pay with all Debit, Credit, Prepaid, PostePay cards, you can also pay using your PayPal account, and also by bank transfer. The circuit we use for credit cards is safe, and is managed directly by NEXI.

If the bottle has is corky, can I replace it?
Absolutely yes, just inform us, even by e-mail, and send it back full to at least ¾ and capped with its original cork. We will be happy to send you a new bottle.


What if the shipment arrives broken or altered?
VINOSO.Shop shipments are all insured for breakage or opening. What you have to do is to REFUSE the shipment indicating DAMAGED BOX as the reason for the refusal. We will resend your order again. If the package is altered, you can choose whether to refuse the package, specifying the reason, or accept it, and in any case specify in the notes of the withdrawal PACKAGE ALTERED. Always tacke pics your package and send us the photos, via email or via WhatsApp, as it is more convenient for you. This will facilitate the opening of the refounding procedure with the courier.

If the bottles I want to buy are not available, can I reserve them?
Absolutely yes. It may happen that not all the bottles you need are available in stock. Send us an email to info@vinoso.shop, we will indicate the timing of the product restocking.

Are the availabilities I see online real? Absolutely yes. At VINOSO.Shop we would like to indicate how many bottles are actually available in stock.

Is the shipment always insured? Yes of course! We also use carrier-approved packaging for express transport.

I would like to get the original boxes, is it possible? If you wish to receive the original boxes, there is the possibility to choose the traditional courier. The goods will travel more slowly, deliveries will therefore be delayed by about 1 day. But you will receive the original boxes.
