VINOSO.Shop uses both the express courier and the traditional courier. All standard packages (bottles of 0.75 l and 1.5 l) are shipped by BRT express courier and delivery is made approximately in 1 or 2 working days depending on the delivery area. Instead, for the bottles of larger sizes (3-5-6 l bottles), we prefer to use the traditional courier, unless specifically requested in the order notes, to better preserve the product. In the summer season, on the hottest days, we would like to avoid shipping the wine on Fridays, to avoid long stopovers on trucks or in warehouses. If this also meets your thought, write us in the notes "ship on Monday", we will be happy to do so! All our shipments can be monitored via online Tracking, the morning after shipment you will receive an email indicating the Tracking.
VINOSO.Shop insures all shipments for the full value shipped, so in case of breakage, theft or loss you will always be protected. It is important that, if the package is delivered in a damaged package, the goods are rejected clearly specifying "DAMAGED PACKAGE", if, on the other hand, liquid leaks are noticed, "DRIPPING PACKAGE" must be indicated as the reason for the refusal. The indication of the reason for the refusal of delivery is essential for insurance purposes. If no reason is given for the refusal of the package, the insurance will not be guaranteed. In any case, please send us a communication, via email or via WhatsApp to immediately follow the procedure with the courier. In the event of a broken or lost package, VINOSO.Shop will send a new package to the same address as the replaced order.
For all shipments VINOSO.Shop uses recyclable cardboard packaging, respecting the environment, designed specifically for wines and spirits, certified, approved by the courier and extremely resistant.
SHIPPING COSTS IN ITALY
Shipping costs for Italy are free for all orders over € 90 value, all shipments below this threshold, however, will cost € 9
Our deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday, mostly from 9.00 to 18.00 In any case, the tracking will indicate the expected delivery time slot. To facilitate the delivery, if you can, please indicate an address where someone is always available, for example if there is a concierge service indicating the working hours, or set your office address.
Once the courier has made two delivery attempts, the goods will be returned to the branch in charge of the shipment. There it will be stopped for 24 hours. If you will have the chance to collect it directly at the branch, it will be necessary a release by VINOSO.Shop; in order to do this you will have to contact us and receive a confirmation from us. On this occasion we will also notify you the way and times for pickin up your goods. After 24 hours, a storage procedure will be opened. The cost of this procedure, equal to € 15, it will be charged to the customer. A third attempt can be arranged, to the same address, at a cost of € 7. After 2 days of storage the goods will be considered abandoned.
It is possible to request a change in the delivery address, with respect to the one entered in the order. The cost of hijacking the shipment is € 9, anyway, if you choose between the PODO collection Points, the procedure will be automatic and for free. You can do it directly from your tracking.
Orders may be delayed in shipment and delivery in case of holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th , November 1st, December 8th, December 25th, December 26th.
