SHIPPING IN ITALY
VINOSO.Shop uses both express and traditional couriers. All standard packages (Bottles of 0.75 l and 1.5 l ) are sent by express courier BRT and delivery is made approximately in 1 or 2 working days depending on the delivery zones. For bottles of higher sizes ( Bottles of 3-5-6 l ) the traditional courier is used, unless it is expressly requested in the order notes, to better preserve the product. During the summer season, on the warmest days, we prefer not to ship the wine on Fridays, to avoid stops on trucks or in warehouses. If this also meets your requirements, let us know in the notes "ship on Monday", we will be happy to do it!
All our shipments can be monitored by online tracking, the morning after the shipment you will receive an email with the shipping number.
INSURED SHIPMENTS IN ITALY
VINOSO.Shop ensures all shipments, for the entire value shipped, so in case of breakage, theft or loss you will always be insured.
Important is that, if the package is delivered in a tampered packaging, the goods are refused by clearly specifying "TAMPERED PACKAGE", if instead you notice the leakage of liquid, must be indicated as the reason for the refusal "DRIPPING PACKAGE". Indication of the reason for refusal of delivery is essential for insurance purposes. If no reason is given for the rejection of the package, the insurance will not be guaranteed. However, please send us a communication, by email or Whatsapp to follow the practice and rejection with the courier.
In case of broken or lost package VINOSO.Shop will send a new package to the same address as per the order.
SAFE PACKAGING
For all shipments VINOSO.Shop uses recyclable and recycled cardboard packaging, plastic free in respect of the environment, designed specifically for wines and distillates, certified, approved by the courier and extremely resistant.
SHIPPING COSTS IN ITALY
Shipping costs for Italy are free for all orders that exeedes a value of 90 €, however, all the orders for a lower value will cost 9€.
DELIVERIES IN ITALY
Our deliveries are carried out on working days, from Monday to Friday, Mostly from 9.00 to 19.00
With the online tracking service you can track live the delivery of your parcel and change the place of delivery. The tracking will still indicate the estimated delivery time.
To facilitate delivery, if you can, please indicate an address where someone is always present for collection, and in the notes you can add if there is, the concierge service indicating the times, or the name on the bell if different from yours.
UNDELIVERED GOODS AFTER THE SECOND ATTEMPT IN ITALY
After two attempts of delivery by the courier, the goods are brought back to the warehouse of the carrier that is in charge the shipment. It will be there for 24 hours. You will have the possibility to pick it up directly in branch after necessary unlock by VINOSO.Shop. For this you will need to contact us and receive a confirmation from us. On this occasion we will also inform you of the mode and times for the withdrawal. After 24 hours a practice of storage will be opened. The cost of opening the file, equal to 15 €, is charged to the customer. It can be arranged to return, at the same address, at a cost of 7 €. After 2 days of storage the goods will be considered abandoned.
HIJACKING IN ITALY
You can ask for the change of the delivery address, compared to the one entered in the order. The cost of hijacking the shipment is € 9.
DELAY FOR DELIVERIES IN ITALY
Orders may be delayed in shipping and delivery in case of holidays: 1 January, 6 January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November, 8 December, 25 December, December 26.

VINOSO.Shop uses the express courier dpd. All packages are delivered by the courier, in maximum 5 working days, depending on the area and the country of delivery. The boxes used for the packaging of the products can contain up to 12 bottles of 0.75. Over 12 bottles a second box will be prepared.
All our shipments can be monitored through online tracking; the morning after shipment you will receive an email with the shipping number.

The shipping cost is automatically updated in the cart as the number of bottles varies, once the country of destination has been correctly registered.
