In just 11 years this Sardinian girl has walked a long way. Yes, just 11 years. It was in fact 2010 when Antonella Corda decided to return back to Sardinia , fresh from her studies in agronomy in Trento and after a master in winemaking, with a lot of determination and strong convictions. She believes in sustainable cultivation, biological control and organic fertilization. She transformed the family vineyards, planted new vines and created a Boutique winery in Serdiana , her farm that produce only quality wines. In 2019 the winery was awarded as the best emerging winery and star glasses and accolades began to come from international critics. Jancis Robinson defines this Cannonau 2019 as one of the best representatives of this splendid grape variety. Her wines, despite the important gradations, are balanced fresh and savory. Delicate macerations and non-toasted woods are choosen to not distort what is produced in the vineyard, on the contrary they enhance it. The results can be seen and above all they can be felt in the glass. Since this year the company has completed the conversion to organic and is certified.
