In the splendid Alassio on Sunday 20 and Monday 21 September 2020 will take place the most important event dedicated to the world of bubbles organized by the Macramé Consortium. Over 120 labels from 40 French maisons, gastronomic excellence, an exclusive gala dinner signed by michelin-starred chefs, three masterclasses with the gurus of the champagne world and the presentation of a new cocktail dedicated to bubbles.
