VINOSO.Shop today would like to introduce you to the Rosé de Provences Rascas 2018 Only in the best vintages, from grapes grown on land with optimal exposure, to the Chateau des Bertrands,an exceptional rosé is produced, the Cuvée Rascas. Partially aged in selected barrels, it is to be considered a gastronomic wine of the Côtes de Provence. Château des Bertrand, Oly it is located in Cannet-des-Maures, in the nature reserve of the Piana dei Mori. Historically a jewel of the Côte de Provence, it offers unique wines thanks to an excellent terroir and patient human work. Protected by the Mori mountain range, the vineyards enjoy a Mediterranean climate with warm summers, bright sunlight and predominantly eastern wind. The stony soils are formed by pink sandstone and sand. The goal is to extract the essence of the Terroir Notre Dame des Anges recognized as one of the most renowned in all of Provence. Always attentive to respect for the environment, since 2018 the property has embarked on the path of biological conversion. Made with Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Rolle and Carignan grapes, its bouquet is intense with hints of exotic fruit and ripe summer fruit underlined by elegant boisé notes. Once the dredging is complete, the grapes are subjected to a soft pressing. The reassembly is carried out daily. Fermentation lasts about three weeks at temperatures of 24-28 °C. Partial maturation in selected barrels.
