Raineri Franciacorta is a young and dynamic wine producer located in the heart of the renowned Franciacorta appellation, based in Erbusco. Founded in 2019 by Lorenzo Raineri, who graduated in Viticulture and Enology from the University of Milan, the company stands out for its rigorous and sustainable approach. The 4 hectares of vineyards, planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, are managed following the exclusive SoloUva Method, which forms the distinctive core of Raineri's production. This method is based on the exclusive use of the natural sugars present in the grapes throughout all stages of vinification, from primary fermentation to bottle refermentation and up to the final dosage. This practice enhances the full phenolic and sugar maturity of the grapes, allowing the wine to authentically express varietal qualities and the essence of the Franciacorta terroir. The application of the SoloUva Method requires constant commitment to research and innovation, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, to guarantee the perfect balance between fermentation, acidity, and organoleptic structure, ensuring sparkling wines of great elegance, finesse, and territorial identity. With an annual production of approximately 10,000 bottles, Raineri Franciacorta places particular attention on environmental sustainability through precision viticulture techniques, such as the use of weather stations, variable rate farming, and cover cropping, thus ensuring the protection of biodiversity and adaptation to climate change.
