TASTING NOTES
Both harvesting and manual selection of the grapes, 10-day maceration of the skins, fermentation at a controlled temperature and a double aging, in steel tanks and in bottles, produce a dark and intense ruby red wine with floral and intense aromas, even slightly vinous. In the mouth it is dry and round, with a slight bitter hint typical of Negroamaro grapes. Excellent to accompany pasta dishes based on ragout, roasted and grilled meat or in any case tasty dishes. The well thai is represented on the label is located in the Norie estate, that is the ancient millstones that was used to produce the extra virgin olive oil, and were used to supply water to all the company's fields.

Amedeo and Damiano Reale are two brothers born and raised in the heart of Salento who took over the family business, already dedicated to viticulture since 1921. Counting on 100 hectares of owned vineyards, they made an important selection of the best vineyards, making significant changes to improve the quality of the grapes and to bottle all the wine produced on the farm. The Salento climate and sandy soils produce great grapes of Negroamaro , Primitivo , Malvasia and Chardonnay which are carefully vinified in the new production cellar in the countryside of Cellino San Marco . The company logo depicts the family villa, Villa Reale , dating back to the early 20th century, surrounded by a renowned Italian garden, underlining the deep-rooted family tradition in this splendid corner of Puglia .
