Tasting notes of the competition: So much to praise in this Sherry, with raisins, walnuts, figs, molasses and candied apple. Balsamic scents with floral shades. A targeted, integrated and simply exceptional style. Coffee concludes this long ending. - Panel Chair: Ewan Murray | Co-chairman: Sarah Abbott MW
