With vineyards that exceed 500 metres in altitude, the estate benefits from a unique microclimate, where the constant breeze from the sea mitigates warm temperatures and humidity. This privileged location allows for the production of wines of extraordinary quality, an authentic expression of the Tuscan terroir. The estate is characterised by an innovative approach to viticulture, dividing its 37 hectares of vineyard into 15 micro-terroirs and 6 macro groups, each with unique pedological characteristics. This method enables separate harvesting and vinification, enhancing the distinct qualities of each vineyard.
