Azienda Agricola Cimarelli is located in Staffolo, within the historic and renowned Castelli di Jesi area, the heart of winemaking tradition in the Marche region. The estate spans 10 hectares of specialized vineyards divided into two key vineyards: San Francesco, characterized by medium-textured clay soils dedicated exclusively to Verdicchio, and Coste, positioned in the southern part of the denomination with looser, calcareous soils where Verdicchio, Montepulciano, and Sangiovese are cultivated. Although not certified organic, vineyard management is focused on maximum sustainability, limiting treatments mainly to copper and sulfur, and resorting to synthetic chemicals only in rare emergency situations. Particular attention is dedicated to the manual selection of grapes during harvest, followed by careful winemaking practices aimed at enhancing the unique qualities of the grapes and the Staffolo terroir. Additionally, the "Due Stille" project, born from collaboration with Azienda Brocani, combines the two crus of Contrada Coste and Follonica, celebrating the full spectrum of Staffolo’s terroir with a balanced and harmonious Verdicchio Riserva, perfectly blending power and elegance.
