Medium-bodied beer, long but strong drink, giving the mouth a honeyed aspect. Perfect balance between the sweetness of the special malts in combination with the bitterness of its noble German hops. Sea water gives a mineral, light sensation, with balsamic notes. Er Boquerón La Roja is characterized by being a craft beer, with natural ingredients and following for its elaboration the German purity law since 1506. A fresh, red beer and above all easy to drink. No added gas, without filter and without pasteurizing. Er boquerón is the fusion of two concepts; the marinating roots and the love of cold beer. The first and only beer with sea water. Contains living sea water, captured from the Mediterranean in places of very high biological value, rich in oxygen, minerals and organic compounds. Through microfiltration in different phases, cold sterilization and a selective purification system, it is possible to eliminate organic matter, batteries and other microorganisms, without altering the mineral composition and the richness of trace elements. Er Boquerón la Roja is an unfiltered, nor pasteurized, top-fermented, coppery-red craft beer.
