Le Rapide Extra Brut 2021 by Roberto Garbarino is a premium sparkling wine crafted using the traditional method within the Alta Langa DOCG appellation. This wine is distinguished by its blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, sourced from vineyards situated at approximately 480 metres above sea level on calcareous-marl soils, enriched with sandy veins. The convergence of these elements imparts notable elegance and freshness to the wine. The 2021 vintage enjoyed favourable climatic conditions, featuring a regular flowering and consistent ripening of the grapes. Moderate summer temperatures facilitated a gradual maturation, crucial for the development of complex aromas and the maintenance of an optimal balance between acidity and sweetness.
