TASTING NOTES
The grapes, carefully selected in the vineyard, are hand-picked at the beginning of September. After a brief cooling, they are destemmed and gently pressed. The resulting must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers. At the end of fermentation, the wines rest on their 'noble' lees for at least 8 months, followed by an additional 6 months of aging in the bottle. In the glass, Sirio 2023 presents a straw yellow color, enriched with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers fresh aromas of white flowers, accompanied by delicate notes of golden apple and banana. On the palate, the fresh initial notes evolve into a pleasant harmony of savoriness, supported by vibrant acidity.
