The harvest was done in hand choosing row by row at the end of August Fermentation comes carried out in concrete tanks for 15 days to one controlled temperature with daily replacements. Malolactic fermentation follows, always in in steel tanks. LillyBeth has a ruby color bright, mottled with purple gleams. The sharpness and intensity of the profile is striking olfactory, characterized by cherry aromas crunchy, red plum and mulberry. The exuberance of the herbaceous, of the small fruits of the forest and the delicacy of the floral enhance even more a multifaceted nose and intriguing. The sip with a strong personality is supported by juicy, astringent and balsamic tones. Brackish and undergrowth shades complete it. Various pairings with this red wine: perfect for any tasty vegan dish is also excellent with veggy finger food. It has an aging potential of 7 years.

Drei Donà

Drei Donà Discover the Drei Donà Winery in Emilia-Romagna and its fine wines in our online store The Tenuta La Palazza was built between the cities of Forlì and Predappio in a strategic position between the valleys of the Montone and Rabbi rivers, around one of the watchtowers that Caterina Sforza ordered to build to defend her possessions. The estate, owned by the Counts Drei Donà since 1923, has always been dedicated to the production of Sangiovese grapes. The company underwent a radical transformation in 1979, when Claudio Drei Donà took over the management, together with his son Enrico. Of the 23 hectares cultivated under organic farming, the majority is dedicated to the Sangiovese vineyards from which the classic Predappio Doc "Notturno" and the Riserva "Vigna del Pruno ” are produced. The futurist vision of Count Claudio also gave birth to "Il Tornese" , the first great white wine from international grapes in Romagna and the red "Magnificat" , a "single vineyard" from the first Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard planted in this region. The particular names of the wines deserve a mention: in fact, they were baptized with the names of the horses of the small family breeding farm.
