CHAMPAGNE EXTRA BRUT GRAND CRU OGER BLANC DE BLANCS
GRAPE VARIETY
Chardonnay
TASTING NOTES
Les Belles Voyes Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 2016 by Franck Bonville is a refined expression of the winemaking art from the Champagne region. This cuvée originates from a single plot, Les Belles Voyes, located on the prestigious Grand Cru hill of Oger, planted in 1960. The grapes, always ripe and carefully selected, are pressed separately, and the musts are fermented in 50 oak barrels, with an average age of 5 years. This winemaking process is characterised by a long maturation on the lees, followed by malolactic fermentation, which helps to develop an exceptional aromatic bouquet. The result is a Champagne that expresses floral and exotic notes typical of Chardonnay, enriched by wood-derived aromas such as butter, honey, and vanilla. The finish is fresh and mineral, making this cuvée particularly elegant. We recommend tasting Les Belles Voyes in the company of connoisseurs, friends, and family. This Champagne pairs beautifully with a rich aperitif and complements dishes such as smoked fish, shellfish, and poultry. It is a wine that deserves to be discovered during a meal, offering a unique and memorable sensory experience.
