TASTING NOTES
On the visual examination it is presented with a beautiful intense mahogany color. On the nose there are aromas of apricot, cinnamon and brioche.
In the mouth it is round and persistent. In this cognac, whose name derives from the portion that evaporates every year from barriques, there is a perfect balance between the toasted notes and the hints of "rancio" typical of the old Cognac of The Great Champagne. Noteworthy are the intense aromas of fig, apricot, jasmine, walnuts and quince. In the end you can feel the toasted note of bread and chocolate. A balanced cognac of great elegance.
