Wow, producing Cremant d'Alsace is truly a meticulous process that requires strict production conditions and continuous monitoring! Following the 'Champenoise' method, the grapes are carefully selected to ensure they are free of any impurities before being placed in the press. The first traditional fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle. It's amazing how much care and attention goes into every step of the process! This process results in the 'pris de mousse', a natural process that must be carefully monitored to ensure the right result in each and every bottle. The aging period is followed by the remuage and final disgorgement, resulting in a total of at least 18 months of sur lie stay. This rosé sparkling wine is made exclusively from the Pinot Noir grape variety, which is charming and elegant. Cremant d'Alsace Rosé Gustave Lorentz is the perfect accompaniment to sophisticated aperitifs and cocktails. Fresh and fruity, it can also be paired with many gastronomic combinations: hot and cold starters, seafood, white meats, game and desserts.
