TASTING NOTES
This Riesling Tradition 2020 at the nose is rich in white and yellow peaches, as well as delicate notes of honeysuckle and baked spices. It is a very invigorating and semi-dry traditional riesling. On the palate it is juicy and medium-bodied, but at the same time succulent and crunchy, with an intense finish of wet stone. The finest and most subtle residual sweetness combined with inviting fruit aromas, a perfect combination of acidity and sweetness. Very suitable for a spicy and tasty cuisine but also perfect as a glass in its own right. The Robert Weil Rheingau grapes come from areas adjacent to the prestigious Kiedrich Gräfenberg. The soil is mainly rocky, composed of phyllites and loess, interspersed with silty areas. The vineyards, facing south-west, have a slope of 60%.
