Pressing and settling at low temperatures for 24 hours. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The refinement on the fine lees lasts about 6 months. If necessary, a light filtration is carried out. Elegant nose characterized by fresh citrus aromas. The same freshness is also found when tasted. Wine to be drunk young, it has an aging potential of 2 or 3 years.
