2014 Brut Vintage Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs

The light yellow robe is decorated with sparkling hints and is accompanied by a thin perlage that forms a long-lasting cord. The nose is quite discreet at first, almost hidden. Then, sweet spring scents invade our noses and reveal all the potential of this vintage. The fruity fragrances blend with young almonds and notes of fresh butter. The mouth is fresh and balanced. A beautiful acidity supports the creamy structure due to the long aging on the yeasts. The rich exotic aromas give volume and roundness to a mentholated finish that comes to the conclusion of the tasting. Full-bodied for a young vintage, this wine will be able to sublimate a crunchy quail with raisins or even a well-cooked lamb shoulder.
