The long slopes and the limestone and clay hills surrounding the village of Bergheim are perfect for maturing Riesling optimally. The resulting wine has a bright pale yellow color. The nose is expressive, refined, with citrus aromas and mineral hints due to the limestone of the soil. In the mouth it is lively and pleasantly acid. A Riesling Reserve with great structure and a clean and dry flavor. A dry Riesling Reserve, typical of Alsace. Perfect with raw, steamed or grilled fish. Seafood and white meat are other great alternatives.
