TASTING NOTES
Chiaretto identifies the particular type of rosé wine produced by Garda Lake. On the Brescia side of the Benaco, it is made through the assembly of four different red grape varieties: Groppello, Barbera, Marzeand Sangiovesmino e, which together make it possible to obtain an elegant and balanced wine. Shiny pale pink color, reminiscent of rose petals, sometimes with violet reflections. At the nose, the floral notes of rose combine in a harmonious bouquet with those of wild strawberries and small red fruits, with light hints of powder. The delicacy of the nose is reconfirmed in the mouth, with a balance enhanced by the flavor, which cannot be missing in a Garda Lake wine. Consumed young, starting from the months of January and February following the harvest, it is appreciated for its sometimes vinous character, it is ideal paired with grilled fish, roasted white meats and semi-mature cheeses from Garda Lake. It is recommended to be serve chilled at a temperature of 10° Celsius degrees.
